Good candidates will also have experience working with senior level executives to strategically guide technology adoption, implementation, and optimization to improve business processes. Experience supporting fundraising or direct sales operations is highly desirable.
The Business Analyst to Institutional Advancement will act as liaison between Information Technology Services and Institutional Advancement. The Business Analyst will work in both a strategic and a technical capacity with Institutional Advancement to optimize its use of available technology in its fundraising efforts. The Business Analyst should have strong business acumen and ample experience in both planning and implementing enterprise level technology, especially CRM, ERP, or similar systems.

The Information Technology Services Department interacts with all College students, faculty, and staff. Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelors of Arts or Science degree with at least seven years experience information technology, with demonstrated success in both technical and managerial roles. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the job may be acceptable.
