Accounting Associate provides assistance through the Business Office with various responsibilities.

Education and Experience
This position requires a high school education. A two-year degree in accounting desirable with two to three years of accounting and computer experience; or combination of education, training or experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the job.
Ability to read, write, hear, speak, see and communicate effectively. Ability to operate basic office equipment to include, photocopier, fax machine, computer equipment, display monitors and the like. Position is largely sedentary. Occasional lifting of office supplies, booklets, etc. is necessary.
The Business Office interacts with College staff, students and donors. This relationship needs to be pleasant, supportive and professional, with the ability to talk with donors in a friendly, professional manner that engenders confidence and conveys a desire to be of service while maintaining confidentiality as needed. Must maintain an acceptable attendance record, be punctual, and meet deadlines.
